Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but in case you do not, we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns after the 60-day window. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@clean-circle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a USPS return shipping label at no cost to you, as well as instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@clean-circle with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
