Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping policy
USPS is our carrier! We offer the following shipping options:
- US & Puerto Rico
- Standard Shipping - $4.90, delivery within 7-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping - $10, delivery within 2-3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping in the U.S for orders over $35
Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Canada
- Standard Shipping - $15 USD, delivery within 12 - 21 business days
Once your package reaches customs in Canada, it is handled by Canada Post which does not provide international tracking. It is common for packages to be marked as “Delivered” only to arrive later. We would like our customers to be aware of these factors before placing an order with us.
Unfortunately we are not shipping outside the US and Canada. Hopefully this will change!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@clean-circle.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
